    Power clean- 95x3, 135x3, 155x3, 165x4 (did an extra rep to demonstrate finishing the pull for everybody)

    Press- 75x5, 85x5, 100x5, 105x5, got to fix my head position and bar path with Niki Sims, very good, very good indeed.

    2 ct paused deadlift @ 1" off the floor- 315x1 @ 8, 335x4x2 @ 9, 320x4 @ 9

    7 min AMRAP chin-ups- 17

    Prowler- 20s on, 100s off x 6- 120 lbs

    Had to drop the weight on my lifts because I learned real quick during the seminar that my technique probably isn't the best on my lifts, going to work back up though so I can break through plateaus and make gainzzz.

    Had to cut my workout short because a couple asshats kept bothering me and would not shut the fuck up. One of them kept telling me to pull the bar off the floor on my heels, the other kept telling me to use chains and bands on my lifts. I get it, they're just trying to help, but holy shit, if I don't seem interested, than just keep your opinion to yourself.

    I'm thinking about just lifting at home most of the time, I'm getting really sick of the Westside guys always trying to make me do their shit.

    Pretty solid day today, was kind of in a rush, but glad I got everything done. Better than last week when the Westside guys wouldn't leave me the hell alone lol.
