Running on 5 hours of sleep, felt like total shit today.

Squat 355x3, tweaked my upper back and had a lot of pain behind my "knee."
Bench 227.5- 5x5, these felt pretty damn good, pretty pleased with my technique on them as well
Deadlift 345x5, technique still isn't where I want it to be, but hey, at least they didn't feel as heavy
I noticed that slowing down helps my technique out a little bit, might be a good tool to use heading forward.

Power clean 180x3, form was shit, took a deload, 160- 2x3

Close grip bench press 210- 3x5, these were ok I guess
Stiff legged deadlift 340- 3x5, gonna have to deload, back is rounding
