    GREAT JOB! A 1230lb total (in with Press, not Bench) is no joke. Awesome work. Can't wait to see what you are able to do by the Fall Classic.

    Squat: 315 x 3 x 5

    Bench Press: 225 x 3 x 5

    Still easing back into things. Reset on the TM but the plan is to do 10 lb jumps to start.

    Squat: 385 x 5 x 5

    Bench Press: 205 x 5 x 5

    Deadlift: 205 x 5 x 5
