I went out and got fish oil, msm, glucosamine, chondroitin. Swelling hasn't gone down. I've been thinking of ordering knee sleeves. I measured and I am between xxl and xxxl so not sure which size to order.

looked a better brand, SBD. looks like I am a 5XL. Bakers cysts are going down, knees feel better today.

Knees have improved furthur, bakers cysts are gone for now but may flare up again if I overdo it. I may be out of the game for a bit while my knees heal up Since its a cartilage issue and that part of the knee gets low blood flow.

Knees felt great today, no swelling whatsoever.

tried some light snatches, c+j, squats, presses. Knees are a little swollen, bodies a bit sore. I have lost a lot of flexibility.

Lost some bodyweight, 302ish now. Knees are fine most of the time but still swell easily. Just doing some easy upperbody stuff for now. Haven't been to the doctor or gotten knee sleeves yet.

elbows are a little sore, volume probably needs to be reduced a little. Bodyweights back up to 304.

knees felt fine for squats. Not a fan of rdls, ill just reset off the floor each time from now on. elbows still sore, ill probably have to cut those bar hangs and do just one pressing movement.
Since squats and deadlifts felt fine, Ill move on into a standard linear progression program and get back into normal lifting. No more 4xweek squatting programs - learned my lesson.

My student bus pass ran out, so ill start biking to get around.
Did 3k today, knees tolerated it fine. To go to the gym and back is 10k total, so ill work up to it. Biking will likely have an effect on how much squat volume I can tolerate down the line, be great for cardio though.
