    Lmao @ potty flops... Sometimes when my knees are achy I have to cue "knees out" getting on and off.

    Lol, yea getting of the toilet cues are a dark place. I mainly had to brace my hands on my knees and use hip drive to get up... Lol good lord.

    Yea, it was way worse than I thought it was going to be. In still sore today four days later.

    Legs are still recovering but I can function today, YAY!

    Felt much better today, felt strong (somewhat) again. Did some body builder shit cuz traps are the abs of fat guys right?

    Hey!

    For those that remember that my wife was pregnant, well she delivered last Saturday. I now have a happy and healthy little girl.

    Well, obviously that prevents one from lifting. No sleep and hospital food leads to weight loss, I weighed in at 323 this morning. This time I'll take it because it was caused by a happy event!

    Ill probably get back to it next week and the wife suggested I go for both mental and physical reasons, gotta love the support. Take care all.
