Really long day. Really long weekend. Just burnt out. Form is getting sloppy. Tired of failing. Going to jump down to 405. Going to meet with coach in a week and a half. Should help clear things up.

Adam helped me clear these up. Im excited to get back on my groove!
Also practiced some power cleans. Also need lots more practice. A shit ton lol. But im going to practice and see how far i can work them up to. If I can't get them to a respectable amount that would work in programming then I'll probably just add them in enough to keep the motor movement down once i get good at it

squat 410 5x3 - Adam helped me on saturday and boy do these feel good. I felt my form mess up on the last rep of the last set and its amazing how much harder it was. TUBOW ftw

practiced power cleans..just trying to get form down. Messed with 65# 75# 95# and then 115# recorded a bunch of sets in slow mo.. i'll update later to get an idea.
