    deads 485x3 - using my 4" belt for the first time.. Also DOH 405x1 which was a new one

    power clean - fucked around with 95# 135# and 185#. I will stick with 75#-135#

    (M) squat 375 5x3

    Deadlift 490x3. - Also on my warmups i pulled 405 DOH no hook which I recorded as well. I think my thumbs have adapted well to hook.
    Rower- 7x 20s on 120s off

    Forgot backoff sets on my pulls and forgot chins. Idk how i forgot.

    power clean 145 3x5 - forms better but still pretty far off
