Squat 460 3x3; BO 415x5 - squat pr? first time ever touching 460..455 felt like cake..this was a little bit of a fight...think my form broke down a little

(I) bench 267.5 x 5 - no lift off but had a spotter in case. this felt good
(V) press 177 - tried to repeat since i failed last week i got 5,5,4,4,3
Dips 12x1 - shoulders were hurting bad
goin to switch presses either keep going up in weight for 8 triples or lower it for 3 sets of 8...need to read some more before next volume press day

(V) bench 242.5 5x5 - 5th rep on 4th&5th set grindy. Dont at 4 min rest
Tricep rope pull downs - 100lbs 12x3
Heavy weights being lifted = happy Agilic
Heavy weights being logged = very happy Agilic

never did paused squats so i figured i'd give it a whirl since i am taking a break from pulling for a week...
paused squats 405 5x2; 365x2 ...um what the fuck holy shit hahah these killed me
power clean 175x3...these just got so shitty..my rack sucks...im taking a pass on these for now until i get coaching again...i might keep practicing with lightweight just for practice purpose

squat - 465 1,3,1 - no idea what the fuckkkk. all over the place. form was off. felt heavy af. was rushed. this was just overall garbage
Sorry to hear that. Next training will go well I'm sure.
Pause squats are the devil!! I realized that I have to go SUPER light, like even less than 70% of my working weight.
Power cleans are def tricky... I def think you should keep practicing with light weight. For me, I just have to stop thinking about it and just be aggressive with the jump.
