2/20/2017 - Day 1 of Andy Baker's >40 S&C Program
Was sick on Sat. & Sun. slept most of each day, went to bed Sun night about 6:30. Woke feeling better, but tired/drained etc. Cold still lingering, but got through workout.

Still recovering from sinus infection, felt weak on bench and struggled on last reps. incline/decline was too light, increasing to 12 kg next time.
Z-Pack is working though and hopefully will be better by Saturday for Deadlift!

Lying Tricep Extension

Overhead Tricep Extension with KB
3x12x12kg
Alternated between each Tri movement, with no rest from Lying tricep extension into OTE with minimal rest, struggled each round at the 9th-10th rep. The KB weight is good to keep here for a bit add a couple minutes rest between, keep moving the lying extension up.

These are a gasser. will try to increase load weekly, and do 2-3 laps on Sat. after deadlifts, and 3-5 laps on Sunday on rest day.

Alternated between each Tri movement, with 1' rest from Rd 1 - 2, and 2' rest from R2-R3. Will increase KB weight next week to 16 kg and keep moving LTE up in 5lb increments until I stall.
