Squats felt good. I'm now in the weekly 5 RM territory. I made the last rep harder than it needed to be as the bar came forward and I had to grind it out.
I just didn't have 5 pulls @405 in me today. I pulled in shoes for the first time in months and it didn't go well. I pull better with no shoes. I was able to get a set of 3 and then finished it off with two singles. I'll repeat this weight next week.
