I'm Ryan from Virginia
5'11" 30 years old
I finished up my 2nd run of LP last week and I'm now doing a 4 day TM put together for me by SSC, Dan Raimondi. I'm going to be trying to push this up until my son (first child) is due in late May or Early June. Aaaand I'll see where it goes from that point on! My only hobbies are lifting and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, so I organize my training accordingly.
Stats thus far:
Bodyweight: 210 @19% bodyfat
Deadlift: 420x5
Squat: 350x5, 355x3
Bench: 265x5, 270x3
Press: 177.5x5, 180x3
Power Clean: 190x3, 195x2, 197.5x1

Dips: Bodyweight x12x3
I'll give 180x5 on the Press one more try next week, then I'm going to switch to 3s

Monday:
Intensity Press
Volume Bench
Chins
Dips
Tuesday:
Intensity Squat
Volume Pulls ( I alternate Power Snatch and Power Clean)
Abs
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday:
Intensity Bench
Volume Press
Pull Ups
Friday:
Volume Squat
Light Power Snatch or Power Clean (alternated from Tuesday. I use these to warm up for the Deadlift)
Intensity Deadlift
