Hi,
my name is Tom. I'm from Poland, 26 years old.
I wanted to get strong, so I started lifting weights. After a long time of wandering in the darkness of the fitness world, I started training for strength about 3 years ago.
I made probably every possible mistake along the way, but I guess I was stubborn and determined. I came across SS method too late to go through a lengthy LP, but I milked it for what I could. Then I run the Texas Method, which took my squat to 185kgx5 and 210kgx1.
I wish to become SS coach one day, so that I can help early trainees avoid wicked ways leading to nowhere. Since this is quite a costly endeavour for me and I still have much to learn, I'm making this a long-term plan. I don't know about any SS coaches in Poland, so I suppose I would be a pioneer.
For now I decided it would be nice to acquaint myself with the community and move my training log here (from an obscure polish forum). I salute all SS members and coaches! May your bars bend under increasing loads.

Also, apparently I've lost my mind and ordered lifting shoes for half of my salary. Can't wait to get them.
