    Thanks! I aim to please!

Hahaha I still feel awkward saying "strengthlifting" but hey, now that we have a USSL federation, gotta run with it!

Default 5/21 First "Heavy" Day of HLM

    Squat
    1x5 45, 115
    1x3 165
    1x2 205
    5x3 225

    Overhead Press
    1x5 45
    1x3 65
    1x2 80
    1x5 90

    Deadlift
    1x5 135
    1x3 195
    1x1 245
    1x5 265

Ryan has me doing a slight deload in order to transition me into intermediate programming. First heavy day of HLM but I'm not pushing my limits yet so still don't have a concept of what this "heavy" entails. Pretty smooth workout.

He is sooo much more conservative with my programming than I was when I was on my own. I'm itching to hit some PR's again but I'm also thankful that I never feel like I'm dying while working out sooo..

Hip flexor pain/inflammation---seems like a common problem people run into? Anyone have any fix/idea what the cause is? It's while I squat, usually eventually goes away after I'm done with my warm ups. I haven't really tried the whole ibuprofen loading fix thing, I got kinda light headed/dizzy taking so much ibuprofen when I tried it last time this problem flared up.

Oh Dave...you better compete!! Doesn't matter what numbers you are putting up at the time. It's great to test your 1RM and set some PR's and compare how you do from one meet to another.
