I haven't squatted 250 since October...10 months ago...I am finally in gainz territory. Everything felt harder than it should have, cuz I slept past 3am and my only meal of the day was a quart of 2% milk.
I feel like I strained my right rhomboid. It's been bothering me the last two workouts and today it really hurts.
I am very thankful my body was able to get through this workout even though I seem to be torturing it. I need to get my shit together.

Just weird random things - back popped at the bottom of a squat warmup and took me about 3 weeks to get from not able to get out of bed by myself back to working weights. The next week I pulled something while warmup up deadlifts, and that one is still not really gone, but it doesn't seem to be affecting training really. *shrug*
