    I haven't squatted 250 since October...10 months ago...I am finally in gainz territory. Everything felt harder than it should have, cuz I slept past 3am and my only meal of the day was a quart of 2% milk.

    I feel like I strained my right rhomboid. It's been bothering me the last two workouts and today it really hurts.

    I am very thankful my body was able to get through this workout even though I seem to be torturing it. I need to get my shit together.

The next week I pulled something while warmup up deadlifts, and that one is still not really gone, but it doesn't seem to be affecting training really. *shrug*

    Ahhh fuck that sounds terrible!!!! I hope it heals up soon. Random injuries suck but I guess sumo is better than nothing... ;-P

    Only if the bolder numbers are triple digit and for the press.
