    Squat
    1x5 45, 85
    1x3 115
    1x2 135
    2x5 150

    Bench
    1x5 45
    1x3 65
    1x2 80
    5x5 92.5

    Deadlift
    1x5 135
    1x3 165
    1x1 195
    2x5 215

First time I've lifted in a week. I basically did the same workout as one of my clients. My rhomboid issue bothered me a bit in squats but if I focused on keeping my upper back reallyyyyy tight it wasn't bothered. Deadlifts didn't bother it thank God.

It felt fine the entire week I took off from lifting. I thought it was completely gone. I might have to see an active release therapist. And I might have to lay off squats for a bit :-( Let's hope not...

Been a minute since you posted. Hope everything is cool and your rhomboid issue isn't preventing you from lifting.

I've been traveling a lot this summer but finally back to lifting. I'll do a linear progression to ramp back up to where I was pre injury and travel.

I went to five Phish shows in six days. 3 in Chicago, 1 in Dayton, and 1 in Pittsburgh (They're currently playing 13 shows in a row at Madison Square Garden, you should go!). Then went up to the UP (upper peninsula of Michigan) for a weekend.
