First time I've lifted in a week. I basically did the same workout as one of my clients. My rhomboid issue bothered me a bit in squats but if I focused on keeping my upper back reallyyyyy tight it wasn't bothered. Deadlifts didn't bother it thank God.
It felt fine the entire week I took off from lifting. I thought it was completely gone. I might have to see an active release therapist. And I might have to lay off squats for a bit :-( Let's hope not...

I went to five Phish shows in six days. 3 in Chicago, 1 in Dayton, and 1 in Pittsburgh (They're currently playing 13 shows in a row at Madison Square Garden, you should go!). Then went up to the UP (upper peninsula of Michigan) for a weekend.
