    I noticed the chalk on your back. Did you do a total that day? If so, what were your other lifts? Congrats on the 500, by the way.

    I didn't total that day. I just don't ever change my clothes.

    Thats good to know. I was browsing the forums from my android phone, thats why I didn't see the vid I guess. When I didn't see it there, I looked from my work computer which of course they block youtube so the video still didn't show. I'll try that reply with quote button trick next time.

    I am 56, don't bench heavy, press 200, squat 385.
