    Excellent stuff, thank you for sharing Rip.

    My parents want to begin strength training soon and material like this is what allowed me to convince them to give it a go.

    As much as SSBBT3 is a bible for young men wanting big gainzzz and huge lifts, this video highlights the demographic that needs it even more. The 40,50,60,.., 90! somethings that may not ever squat 4 plates, but will find the self respect, self reliance, and confidence that they had thought was gone.

    I know that PPST provides a lot more information for different populations, but I think a SSBBT targeted specifically at geezers would be a worthwhile effort if you ever find some extra time on your hands. It could possibly save medicare if everyone in a nursing home went through a LP (although the cane/walker industry would be displeased.)
