AvP movies are a disgrace to both the franchises.

Ill say it - Logan sucked balls. It was terrible. Great premise. Awful execution. Halfway through it turned into Peter Pan. I was waiting on Rufio to show up.

    shitty movie.

I can agree with this, they had a great idea but couldn't make it happen.

The culprit largely being the decently good AvP and AvP2 games of 2000s. Good game resulting in a good movie or vice-versa pretty much never happens. Brilliant exception must be the Batman Arkham series of games but I'm sure it's because they sourced it from the comics rather than the movies.

I watched Morgan on an airplane over the weekend and then watched it again with my wife on TV. We all thought it was really good even though it got poor marks on rottentomatoes. It is about a corporate risk evaluator who is sent to a scientific outpost to investigate an incident with an "engineered" human they have produced.

Might be worth a watch. We'll see.

I watched 'Morgan' yesterday and thought it was really good as well.

Saw 'Logan' this week too, and while quite good, I liked 'Morgan' better.

Agreed. If you haven't heard Mike Williams tell his story of what happened (though, you did see the movie so...) you should check it out. It's an unreal account of duty/survival.

Watched Man Down the other night, you can tell that it was cheaply made, but it had a good message about our soldiers battling with PTSD. Shia Labeouf did a great job portraying his character.

You mean Shia Labeouf was good at playing a guy with a psychological disorder? Amazing.
