With all the evidence they themselves painstakingly collected, it's unbelievable how the researchers could miss the obvious.
"Yoga" might improve the fitness of untrained people due to the body-weight isometric loading component, it's just novice effect. It was developed with a vastly different purpouse
To be fair, barbell training in the absence of gravity is a bit of a challenge.
