    I would be he meant the unfortunately-named shoulder dislocate exercise done with a dowel.

    Tried it this morning. Found the discomfort, no problem!

    Does seem to work fine to loosen up; I've got a bad shoulder that's always slow to come around. Far better than shoulder dislocates; they never seem to do me much good.

    starting strength coach development program
    As an "over 50 software developer", I'll let you know how it progresses. Day 1 and I can't get anywhere near what Paul shows as his "starting" point.
