This one is my favorite so far:

"at one time I could leg press 500 lbs on a Nautilus, weighing barely 130--and the muscle bound freaks around me couldn't believe it. However, I gave up on that, because I found that I could become more physically fit by practicing praying mantis kung fu."

Wait... this one is way better.

"I once had a student with more natural muscles than any bodybuilder. He told me that he never worked out, his muscles just grow. One day in class as I was looking his way I actually saw him grow more muscle."

It's now come to the point where I only read your PJ Media articles for the comments.

Did you know there's a "whole universe of exercise physiology" you don't understand? Better start reading up on dumbbells.

Based on years of reading case law, hearing my wife's stories from her time as a teacher, and being on this forum since 2011, I have developed a version of St. Anselm's ontological argument for stupidity: it is impossible to conceive a thought so blitheringly stupid that no one has ever seriously had it.

Example of a seriously-asked question, from my wife's full-time teaching days:

7th Grade Student: "Do hummingbirds have jobs?"

My wife: "What do you mean?"

7th Grade Student: "Like, do they have police officers and firefighters?"

You can now. You said you did on the Internet and that makes it true.

I had a TSA guy yell at me at SFO last week "what the hell were you thinking trying to bring water on an airplane"

Wow, these have to be SS community members being funny. My worldview does not allow for people to actually say these things in good faith. Good stuff.
