Poor guy can't even get a shirt that fits. Maybe he can't afford a good, quality coach. We should all donate about $3.50 so he can get a chance.

Just kidding. That video is sad and hilarious at the same time.

These guys are making $300-500k per year now too... I don't know whats worse, the fact that they STILL think endless conditioning is appropriate for athletes that play a sport that involves 4-6 second bursts OR that fact they actually put it on a damn video and show everyone.

I just don't get it. When I was at Nebraska in the 90's Epley rarely hired new strength coaches from other schools and instead preffered to train interns and move them up as a full-time asst left for a head SC job elsewhere-he didn't hire someone because they were an asst coaches drinkinig buddy or friend... Way back then he realilzed these guys didn't need this type of "conditioning" and cut it out in the late 80's(?)

Pro S&C is an embarrassing mess. It makes our job quite a bit harder.

The article is basically worthless but the reports are unbelievable. A bunch of ameuturs acting like coaches crossed over from being dumb to dangerous. Can't believe they fired noone and the corrective actions are a joke.
