    How did you proceed with them? Leg press? Squat high at first and hope it corrects itself? Drop weight first then come back? I guess I'm more asking about the obese people than the elderly or stubborn.

    My typical procedure is the leg press, which we usually do not have access to or time to fuck with during a seminar.
