Cool---haven't listened....but felt I should mention that I first heard of SS on AoM. Specifically, that I should be at least 200 lb before Rip would consider my male certification.

It's astounding to see that this is the same person that appears on 2 year old AoM barbell coaching videos with Mark!

Good link. I really liked the YouTube series you did with Bret on the lifts for AoM a couple years ago, it was really helpful for me. Good to see a follow up and see it working so well for him! They spent a lot of time talking about DUP, which has been a topic that has been discussed quite a bit on these forums lately. However, all these discussions have been very high level. I think a lot of us are kind of confused on the whole DUP thing, or at least how to implement it at a low level; if you're looking for any topics in the future an article on how to properly program DUP would be something I feel would be really beneficial to a lot of us.

Daily undulating periodization. Which, for the overwhelmingly vast majority of us, is NDTP.

Good for Brett. I started SS because of the videos he made with Rip. I found them while searching "how to squat" on YouTube.
