Bar 1" away from shin while standing with a vertical shin is the SS definition of mid foot, yes?
You want people to clean/snatch starting with the bar over midfoot, like a deadlift, yes?
So, yes frame2 would be about that, with that shin angle for that guy (but the bar against shins) Yeah, he might be flaring his knees a little and what not....but that doesnt matter much.
