    I like how you just gloss over everything these people are doing for our horses.

    Seriously, though, it's like the YMCA here recommending hand stand push ups, along with a bunch of random crap you wouldn't need to do if you could actually do a hand stand push up, which you probably can't.

    Today's Exercises:
    1) 5 hand stand push ups
    2) hold your foot off the ground for 5 seconds
    Etc.

    While it is true that doing anything is better than doing nothing, I don't know why you'd want to jump straight to better-than-nothing when awesome is available.
