Mr. Lindey,
that's an inspiring press! Congratulations and thanks for sharing it.
Congrats Chase. That is a tremendous feat. I've got Crohn's disease and it definitely impacts my training. Which makes me respect your accomplishment even more.
I learned about SS at 43 years old. It's definitely been a huge positive impact on my health.
I hope I get to shake your hand some time.
Mr. Lindey,
that's an inspiring press! Congratulations and thanks for sharing it.
need a do-over for this thread, one without all the distraction
instead of the cluster fuck it became, it should have been a celebration of your accomplishment - as the good doctor said, you've done something most won't even come close to!
nicely done, chase - kudos on your awesome press
Chase, To jump on the band wagon, that was a MONSTER press! Congratulations and keep up the training! Like many on here, I wish I had had the sensibility and commitment when I was your age to recognize the possibilities for strength training. Can't wait to see more as it really does provide inspiration!
Holy shit. To both topics on this damn thread.
Fucking insanity (again applies to both, but that damn press. Dear God!)
Ho yeah... right apparently: http://wiki.c2.com/?MyGodItsFullOfStars
I really can't wait to see what happens if and when Chase goes up to the 270s in weight. I could only imagine that press ballooning.
chase, congrats on the press. but fuck you for pressing my deadlift workset weight.
