Rip, not sure if this question has been posed in the past, but are there any plans for a rehabilitation text/manual to accompany SS & PPST?

How does a gym owner sell a rehab text? Now, a DPT might.

I would imagine that it would sell quite well. The Starting Strength model has proven effective and even your detractors take interest in what you have to say. Also with the increased interest of health care professionals employing barbell training in their practices, I believe an accompanying text to go with SS & PPST would be a welcome addition. Not to mention the impressive line up of SSC's who may act as contributors to the text, including but not limited to those SSC's who possess MD and PT degrees.

As a side note, has anything developed with Bill Morgan at Parker?
