    1. Your elbows in this video are flared out to the side excessively. This might bother them, probably medially.

    2. The LTE cannot be trained for years like a major exercise. It is an assistance exercise, and should probably be used for only a couple of months at a time. If your elbows start hurting, lay off them for a couple of months and make another run at a PR.

    Is he aiming too much toward his head with the elbows flexing first instead of the shoulders? My impression were either shoulders moved first or both moved simultaneously.

    Neither elbows nor shoulders "flex" in this movement. unless you mean the eccentric phase.

    Elbows flex first in the eccentric phase. His elbows are still out too far.

    Coach, are warm up sets for LTEs the same as the other main lifts?

    Can you do a video on the BB curl to help with my arm strength as i work toward chins?

    No, since it's an assistance exercise to be done after you're already warm from pressing or benching.
