light back squats
Rip,
Rather than have front squats on a Wednesday workout, I know light back squats can be done, 2x5. I also know that "light" would be 80% of my 5RM. Instead of testing myself to find my 5RM (which might not be a true 5RM anyway), how can I use Monday's 3-sets-of-5 to determine "light?" I was thinking that 90% of Monday's weight would be about right. Or is that too high? Thanks.
BTW, things are going well with my workouts again. A girl at work told me that my ass looks bigger.

85-90% of your 3 x 5 weight would be a good light day. If you're tired, drop a little more. And for every girl at work that tells you about your ass, there are 3 older ladies thinking the same thing.
