Name is Darrell. JohnRoman is from a book I like. Married with 2 teenage kids. Lifted for a year or so in college, tore a pec (being a bench bro), quit weights until a few months ago (mid 40s). Took and taught martial arts (Karate, Ju-Jutsu, Aiki-Jutsu, etc.) for years before they were "cool" (I.E. before UFC #1) but I haven't done them in a while.
