    Hey,
    I saw your thread about hyperextending your lumbar in the press. I've always had trouble with the press, and when I saw your video it clicked with me why. I have a similar shoulder immobility, probably from years of bad posture. Anyway, have you found anything to help your situation? I've been doing some shoulder and thorassic mobility stuff, and it seems like it could help, but probably take some time.
