Biography

BS in chemistry from Indiana University and physics from Purdue University
Did many things professionally in my life from carpentry to Gas Chromatography.

Very skinny rock climber, runner, cyclist in my past. (hence the zenrunner moniker)

Doctor suggested squats to rehabilitate tendonitis in both knees. Got here via Google.

I really took to strength training and now love powerlifting and tossing the caber.

I have read both of Mark Rippetoe's books many times over, and admire his writing and character a great deal.

Currently, I am a stay at home dad to a wonderful (but often crabby) 3 month old boy.
