  1. Yes, the weather in June is certainly likely to be better than in April.

    However, it should be noted, the weather in Iceland is never completely reliable. Anything can happen. And even if the weather is good, it's likely to be cooler than you'd expect. 10-15°C (50-60F) would be a common daytime temperature in June.
