I also changed my diet quite a bit since reading SS and gained a lot of general knowledge about health and fitness. First of all I started eating bigger meals, and more often throughout the day. A few months ago I was probably eating about 2000 calories a day. Now it's about 3500. That includes about half a gallon of whole milk a day. I think that as time goes on I will eventually get to a gallon, but going from 2000 to almost 5000 calories a day isn't that necessary at this point.

Hey, thanks for the advice. I know my squat is not deep enough, and it's probably due to my hamstrings, hips and lower back being really tight. I'm stretching 2-3 times a day and started foam rolling as well. Also, my legs are ridiculously long relative to my torso, so I have difficulty maintaining balance when I go down deep. For example, I can't properly do the squat stretch on pg. 14 of SS because I start to lose balance and fall backwards. I think since my torso is short my center of gravity isn't above the middle of my foot but a little bit behind it. To keep balance I really have to lean forward which compromises my back angle. Hopefully some improved flexibility and practice will make it better.
