Biography

Married for 34 years, 2 children, 2 grandchildren. We live on a small fairly self sufficient homestead in a very small cabin that we power with propane, solar and some microhydro and hopefully some wind soon, though wind is sporatic. We cook with a wood cookstove and a propane range, our refrigeration and hot water is also propane. Our freezer is run off of 24v power.

My wife still teaches full time and I spend most of my time working on the homestead which keeps me busy. I do quite a bit of bullet casting and the developing of handloads for rifles, pistols and shotguns. I'm very physically active doing quite a lot of hiking, hunting, fishing, camping and of course, powerlifting.
