  1. Did about 3 weeks of 531, had a back tweak, food poisoning, and heavy work schedule in that order. Last 6 weeks have been shit.
    Back in the gym now and hitting former PR's.

    Current goal is to compete in a RAW PL meet. I had to cancel one two days from now due to work obligations.

    Need to lose some BF and get stronger. Id like to drop about 5-7 BF % and gain another 30 pounds which should put me around 255ish. The time frame is not important.
  2. Switching to 531 soon. Ending LP weights are:

    Squat: 405 3x5
    DL: 395 1x5
    BP: 285 3x5
    OHP 192.5 3x5
    PC 192.5 5x3 225x1
  3. Everythings still going fine on the LP. Working on a 3 plate bench, 4 plate squat, and 2 plate press and power clean.
  4. Alright, my training is taking a turn now that I'm signed up for a powerlifting meet in 3 months. i'll keep ya posted.
