Sorry bro. Been out for a long time. In nutshell, I pretty much squatted everyday. Except for Sunday, real light. Alot of doubles, triples, even singles. I did hit some PR's I have not hit in years in the squat. Now I was not deadlifting. Too taxing on the body. But I did cleans, and presses. The squat volume did help my deadlift pre-competition cycle. Hope this helps
