Biography:
50-year old male trainee, 200 lbs. Eating a 30/40/30 P/F/C diet and cutting weight, because at five foot seven it's a bit too much fat for my liking.

Current program: ABCxABCxx

A: Squat
B: Bench
C: Deadlift
D: Seated press (low ceiling)

Adding 5 lbs per session.
Doing 3x5 until I can't, then 1x5 with 2x5 90%+ 5RM drop sets, then I'll have to figure it out.

Top lifts:

Squat: 275 x 5
Bench: 190 x 5
Deadlift: 300 x 4
Seated press: 125 x 2
