  1. Jordan. This vegetarian thing. I can't eat meat. Can't do it. Tried several times to get back on it but just failed. But I can eat eggs and dairy. I have no ethical issues with meat. I just can't eat it. I can even drink bone broth and such.

    So my questions are how many eggs per day?

    How much whey protein per day.

    Should I get into those beef protein shake .

    Should I drink bone broth each day.

  2. Hey Jordan, Iím a huge fan of barbell medicine and what you do! Keep up the good work! Also I have a quick question: Iím fairly new to powerlifting and am wondering what IPF weight class would be appropriate for me. Iím currently 15, around 155lbs and around 5 foot 7. Assuming I wonít get any taller I was thinking 83kg or even 93kg, it just seems crazy for me to gain 30-50lbs. Iím up for the Challenge if thatís what you think I should do!
  3. Hi Jordan. Can you help. Im running SS linear and begining to stall at 112.5kg squat, 50kg press, 80kg bench, (i have .5kg plates now so bench and press may progress a while longer) and deadlift 140kg. My question is, im about 195lb and 25ish % bf. Is 3500 calories of milk meat and veg with starch p/w enough to push through this? I also have quite a physical job pushing and pulling heavy objects aswell as being on my feet 8-12hrs per day. Do you think due to my work interuppting recovery i may need more calories? Im reluctant as i dont want to get any fatter basically.

    Hey Jordan. This is Cyndi. I met you this weekend at the SS seminar in MD. You coached me on the BP (and we talked about a mutual love of almond butter). Anyhow... I feel comfortable asking for some help/advice. I really love lifting and want to do more. Don't know if you caught wind of what Rip was talking about after the session, but it's clear I've had some "less than adequate" coaching. I'm seeking a new coach in Philly. I've searched the internet and haven't had much luck coming up with someone. I'm really interested in improving and maybe I'll compete one day in masters (yes, I really am that old). I mentioned that to my husband, whose response was "you should totally do that".

    So, assuming I can't find a SS coach here - any suggestions on where to go? Can you check with the folks at HQ?

    Any advice, etc. is very much appreciated.
