  1. Good morning Callador,

    How would your 4X4 program for soemone with Max lifts of 1RM of 315 for squat, 5RM of 310 for dead, 1RM of 245 for bench, 1RM of 160 for press, 1RM of 165 for power clean.

    I am thinking of starting a new routine in February.
