    Jorden,

I love all the questions on BCAA and MPS, its an easy thing to do if you can keep consistent, which is my problem.

During the day I drink around 2L of water from a bottle on my desk but I normally forget the timing of BCAA. I was going to add BCAA to the water so I will just sip it/gulp it during the course of the working day.

Would this have negative effect on the MPS cycles

Also I work out during the mid-day if this changes things.

…and when is the book coming out?

Yes- don't sip it. It's less effective that way and perhaps inhibitory to the process. Just bolus it between meals.

Jordan, is it alright to eat food with BCAAs?

    For example:
    8AM - liter of milk
    10AM - liter of milk, 5g BCAAs
Noon- liter of milk, 5g BCAAs
    Ect

Or should it be more inbetween than that? If so, how long do I have to wait post BCAAs to eat again?

    Thank you!

No- don't take BCAAs with food, as that's a waste of BCAAs and has been discussed a bunch of times on here. Take them in between meals. The absolute timing isn't terribly important but I like to get 90 min between meal and BCAA bolus.
