    Hi Jordan,

I’ve been on the SS LP for 11 weeks now and I’ve gone from about 160 lbs to about 180 lbs in that time on a diet consisting of between 3500 and 3900 kcal per day with a macro distribution of about 200-220/350-400/120-160. I’ve read your “To Be A Beast” post and I’m modeling my diet/progress roughly after the skinny novice example that you lay out therein. However, since I’m 34, not 23, I did not employ GOMAD and, as you can see, I also dialed the other numbers down. According to the example, Johnny makes an adjustment when he gets to about 180 lbs at around 20% body fat, which is about where I am. I’m wondering if I should also make an adjustment at this point and, if so, how I should alter my calorie and macro intake. Thanks so much for your time.

I'd put carbs @ 400 and fat @ 120 and see how your weight changes from there going forward. I'm not sure how much more weight you need to gain right now depending on your height.
