Nordic Diet Advice
Does anyone have any advice on the Nordic Diet for weight loss and muscle gain. I came across it here - What is the Nordic Diet? - ListNutrition
I have been hearing about potential problems that excessive protein intke could cause and wondered if this was a bit better than the Paleo Diet that a lot of people seem to recommend.

It looks pretty good, though I don't see why I'd replace olive oil with canola oil- that's kind of silly to me. I also don't see a huge problem with "excessive" protein intake unless someone is taking in >2x their body weight in protein daily, has a pre existing kidney issue, has a pre existing liver issue, or susceptibility to a kidney or liver issue. It looks like a decent template, nothing terribly provocative I can see from here.
