I don't really do them now, but Bulgarian Split Squats give me a killer leg pump.
I get a lower body pump in as quick as it takes me to pull up a particular webpage. Upper body not so much

Thx Jordan. That should have been kinda obvious to me reflecting on my training but maybe I lost the perspective. Appreciate the response.
Hijack of a Hijack . . . also, prowler sprints give me (I assume everyone) god awful quad, glute pump . . .
If doing even once a week, could I just chalk this up as my leg hypertrophy work . . .
Then stick to heavyish-triples on squats/lower body stuff. . . (in lieu of fhives)
