I get god-like upperbody pumps without much effort but I hardly notice a leg pump visually. Is there any reason for this or am I just a poor observer?

I'd hazard a guess at different volumes/intraset fatigue amounts/less metabolic by products floating around for your lower body vs upper body "pump" sessions. I get nasty pumps doing wingate sprints or prowler walks or sets of 20 on squats.

I don't really do them now, but Bulgarian Split Squats give me a killer leg pump.

I get a lower body pump in as quick as it takes me to pull up a particular webpage. Upper body not so much

Another hijack, not quite as acute as Piper's:

What does a "Prowler walk" protocol look like and what do you program it for?

Depends on the context, i.e. who is the person and what is the goal? I do it a bunch of different ways.

Thx Jordan. That should have been kinda obvious to me reflecting on my training but maybe I lost the perspective. Appreciate the response.

Hijack of a Hijack . . . also, prowler sprints give me (I assume everyone) god awful quad, glute pump . . .
If doing even once a week, could I just chalk this up as my leg hypertrophy work . . .
Then stick to heavyish-triples on squats/lower body stuff. . . (in lieu of fhives)

That's not nearly enough volume for leg hypertrophy.
