carbs and acne
Hey Jordan,
I'm pretty certain that whenever I eat a decent amount of carbs, I get acne. Usually, I keep things under 150 grams/day, sometimes going under 50 grams/day, and find that my skin stays happy. A bunch of burritos, rice, fries, etc will cause a breakout within the next day or two.
I was just curious as to why this might be and if anyone experiences something similar. I see some folks (who lift) eat as much as 400-500 grams/day without any issue. Am I losing out on gains because of this?

What else changes when you eat "a decent amount of carbs" compared to when you eat low carb? Can you think of anything?
