Nutritional changes when training twice per week
Hi Jordan,
I've been following the "fluffy(ish)" novice recommendations as outlined in "to be a beast".
Work changes mean that I must train only 2 times per week for the next few months. I will also do 1 day of some kind of HIIT + cardio in addition.
My question is: should daily nutritional requirements change as a result of reducing my training ? Should I eat less food or should the macro ratios change ?

I would not change dietary intake until your results dictate they need to be changed, i.e. your waist/weight/body comp changes in a deleterious manner.
