I really don't have time to do this to be honest, but there are many "classics" referenced in my book that is coming out in the next May/June (after I have my MD). That's the decision that's been made for publishing the dang thing and I'm on board with it. That all being said, using the papers for nutrition learning would be terribly inefficient without a large base of biology, physiology, and biochemistry. Everyone wants to learn about nutrition, but only a handful want to develop the background they need to actually understand the thing.
