Unfortunately, I have been more sedentary do to knee and right foot arthritis. I use to walk a lot (3-5 mi almost daily), but with these issues I've just been focusing on lifting. In the last two yrs I've gained more belly fat than I've ever had. Always was relatively lean and cut. Started LP to get strong but the recurring knee and now the foot really put cardio stuff on the back burner. Always liked how I felt after Airdyne hiit sessions and/or sprints and thought I'd give it another go. Could seriously stand to loose some belly fat but I also like how my strength is steadily improving. Catch 22... to be sure! Also started on TRT two months ago so that seems to be helping for sure. After I get to the end of LP, would you then recommend hiit, or would you never recommend it at this stage in life? Thanks again for all of your feedback Jordan, I know you are a busy man!

It's not that I never recommend it, quite the contrary- I just think that you'll get more out of it if your aerobic base is above nil and you're gonna need some regular steady state cardio to get there.
