Can crash dieting work in my case, considering my high bf%, and preserve lean mass? Something like extremely high protein+low calorie (~800 calories)+working out. Typically a very low calorie diet will reduce lean mass substantially, but considering my high bf% can I possibly maintain my lean mass on a cut? My goal is to lose 13 lbs of my 33 lbs of fat and then eventually be a lean 160 in a few years. Thanks!

You're going to lose some LBM during a cut no matter what unless you're untrained. I would advise slowly adding LBM to your frame unless you're very well trained at this point.
